Shipping Policy

How it will be delivered? 

You will get your scrunchie to directly to your mailbox ot to door from 2-5 working days. Orders over three scrunchies are delivered to your nearest pick-up point or parcel automat in your neighbourhood. We reserve the right to change the delivery method, but only in special occasions and for you get your order in promised time window.

How long it's gonna take?

We know you want your new scrunchie asap, and we do our best to fulfil that wish. We will ship your order the next day of your order to the latest. But if you all are occasionally going ballistic of our products, which we totally get, it might get one extra day for us to get your parcel on it's way to you so if you can, be gentle with us.

Usually our parcel arrive within the three working days. We use Posti services in Finland and you can track your order in OmaPosti application, so you are always on track whats happening.
