Orders & Shipping
How my order is delivered?
You will get your scrunchie to directly to your mailbox within three working days. Orders over three scrunchies are delivered to your nearest pick-up point or parcel automat in your neighbourhood.
Our shipping fee for Finland is fixed 4,90€ and after two pieces free.
When will my order ship?
We know you want your new scrunchie asap, and we do our best to fulfil that wish. We will ship your order the next day of your order to the latest. But if you all are occasionally going ballistic of our products, which we totally get, it might get one extra day for us to get your parcel on it's way to you so if you can, be gentle with us.
How long will shipping take?
Usually our parcel arrive within the three working days. We use Posti services in Finland and you can track your order in OmaPosti application, so you are always on track whats happening.
International deliveries
Sorry, not yet! But please subscribe and we will let you know. among the firsts. We are currently working hard to open the ability for us to make more happy scrunchie owners into the world(wide).
Other things
How can I make a return?
Really? If you for some reason want to return your order, of course you can. It's like stated in the law, but we either don't want you to keep anything that you don't feel your own. To be honest, we are a little bit hurt about this, but we functioning tools for coping with that so don't you worry.
Please note that return are acceptable only for unused or untried items - you know, it's like bun. If you take a bite, you can't put it back. Shipping fees for return are 5,90e.
